These are the times that students can come and change books and use the library for research from our extensive range of non-fiction books.

The Library caters for all reading ages and abilities.

We also have board games that the students can play such as Monopoly, Scrabble and Snakes and Ladders.

There are also 23 computers which can be used for homework.

The library also takes part in different fund raising throughout the year.
We take part in Readathon whereby students ask family and friends to sponsor them for reading books.  Readathon supports CLIC Sargent and the Roald Dahl Foundation both which are charities that help improve children’s lives with cancer and epilepsy.

We raised an amazing £1156.20 this year and as a result of this the Library have benefited with over £200 to spend on new books.

We also annually hold a Book Fayre which gives students the opportunity to buy books. This also helps us to buy new reading materials for the school library.

Alongside some of these events we run Competitions which have proven to be very popular with all our students

Rise and Shine Club

The Club runs from Monday to Friday 8.00am to 8.25am.
This gives Students the opportunity to do homework, use computers, do research or just read.
